The JT21G is a temperature compensated miniature oscillator (TCXO) with an excellent frequency stability of only ±0.5 ppm. It is preferably offered in the standard frequencies 26.0MHz and 38.40MHz and is available in two temperature ranges -30°C ~ +85°C and -40°C ~ +85°C.
The available operating voltage ranges are between 1.8V and 3.3V.
Due to the offered frequency stability of ± 0.5 ppm, the JT21G fulfills the special requirements for navigation systems (GPS, GNSS etc.), such as a low hysteresis of frequency stability over temperature as well as a strictly limited gradient of frequency over temperature.
The “clipped sine” output and its low power design ensure very low power consumption, which is why the JT21G is particularly suitable for mobile applications.
